The Voucher is valid for up to 30 days after the birth of your Newborn & is subject to availability so do book in well before the arrival of your little one to avoid disappointment

Terms and Conditions in Conjunction with Voucher:

The full Terms and Conditions of Vicky Glanvill Photography are provided at the time of booking.

In addition to this the following terms apply:

1.     The Offer: 

  • This offer is in conjunction with BabyMatters-uk & Debra Jonckers & is applicable only after full payment for the antenatal class.

  • This offer entitles the client to a £30 Discount off of the Standard Price of a Newborn Photo Session with Vicky Glanvill Photography. (ideally within 14 days of the baby being born, but up to 30 days under this offer) plus a complimentary gift Print.

  • This offer is not in conjunction with, nor can it be used with any other offer.

  • This Contract will be between Vicky Glanvill Photography and the Client.

  • This offer may be removed and or changed at any time without notice.

  • This offer is not transferable.

  • This offer is subject to availability.

  • Voucher value 0.01p.

2.    Photo Session:

  • Vicky will endeavour to take all the photographs discussed. However, with babies this may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control.  Vicky will do her best to get as close to the requirements as is possible on the day. 

  • Vicky cannot offer additional discounted re-shoots on the basis of client regret over wardrobe choice, prop usage or baby awake/settling time.

  • Should the client want to change their date for the photo shoot, this may be done by contacting Vicky directly up to 5 days prior to the confirmed photo session date.  Photo sessions cannot be changed after this point unless due to unforeseen circumstances i.e. illness or in the event of COVID-19 symptoms.

  • Should the client require to re-arrange a photo shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, the client is allowed one event of rescheduling.  However, please give Vicky as much notice as possible.  Also, please note there is no need to reschedule for minor skin injuries as these can be rectified in Photoshop.  The first rearrangement must be within 7 days of the original booked date, and this will be at no additional charge.  If the rearrangement is more than 7 days later or if a second rearrangement is required, the cost of the session fee will become payable at the current charges. 

  • Should the client request to cancel their photo shoot, please note that it cannot be re-booked with the voucher at a later date.

  • Should the client fail to attend their photo shoot, it cannot be re-arranged unless the photo shoot fee is paid in full.  This will be at the current rate at that time.

  • In the unlikely event that Vicky has an emergency or is ill, Vicky will rearrange the client’s session.  This will not count as one of the clients re-arranges in the point above. 

3.    Edit, Viewing and Product Orders:

  • Vicky will review and select the best images from the photo shoot to be edited. 

  • Final images will be presented as a slideshow at Vicky’s home OR via a Dropbox Slideshow, within 3-4 weeks of the photoshoot.

  • Vicky will contact the client to arrange a convenient date and time for the viewing, if to be done at the studio, once editing is completed.

  • Product sizes are approximate and final products may be very fractionally smaller or larger than the stated size.

  • Colour and brightness of final products will vary slightly from that displayed on monitors at home.  This is due to most monitors and laptops varying in the way they display brightness and colour without being calibrated.   

  • Pricing and products are subject to regular review and change.  Re-order prices are those stated at the time of placing the order.

  • Payment can be made by cash or via bank transfer.

4.    Copyright and Data Storage:

  • The 1998 Copyright Act assigns copyright to Vicky Glanvill, Vicky Glanvill Photography.  At no time, shall any of Vicky’s work be saved to a computer/hard drive, shared online or printed without express written consent. This is a breach of copyright and illegal. If the client purchases the digital files, these releases will be included. However, any blog posts Facebook or Social Media images posted by Vicky Glanvill Photography may be freely shared with the client’s friends and family by way of a link back to the original content.

  • Photographs taken by Vicky may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website (including Vicky Glanvill Photography website, Vicky Glanvill Photography Facebook and partner websites) or any publication to promote Vicky Glanvill Photography. However, client names will not be given unless expressly agreed with the client in advance.  Any concerns with any use of images must be raised with Vicky prior to or at the client’s photo shoot and Vicky will confirm any changes the client requires to this in writing.

  • Digital files are retained for a minimum of 2 years.

5.    Complaints:

  • In the extremely unlikely event of a complaint please notify Vicky Glanvill Photography immediately so she can endeavour to rectify the issue promptly.

  • The responsibility of Vicky or her suppliers (including professional processing laboratories, postal and delivery agents) to compensate the customer in the case of negligence or breach of contract is limited to the cost of the booked service at the time of booking.
